## Statement

I was driving toward Knoxville on Hwy 33; Wagnon was driving away from Knoxville on Hwy 33. He made a U-turn and pulled me over. He verbally told me that he caught me driving 72 mph but he wrote me a citation that stated I was driving 76 mph.
